Only about 50% of women and families take a childbirth education 

class prior to giving birth - and currently in the United States 1 in 3 women report experiencing some sort of trauma during their labor and birth journey.

The more you know, my friend, the better protected you are from birth trauma - and not only that, the more likely you are to actually enjoy your birth experience which means you will be starting your postpartum journey off in the most positive way possible

prepared for whatever birth throws your way...because most women don't report birth trauma as a result of violent treatment - they simply report not feeling heard, respected, and involved in decision making during their birth.
